How much do your repair services cost?

All jobs are different and so is the extent of the damage. We will come to your site and inspect the damage to provide an accurate proposal.

Please give us a call at (775) 420-5362 to discuss your specific situation or complete our online form.

How long will it take to repair the damage?

It really depends on the size of the project, but typically, we are done in a week or less. We provide an expected timeline after inspecting your property. We work quickly but our main focus is making sure to get your job done right the first time!

Will you work with my insurance?

It is important to know that, while your insurance company may have an established relationship with another mitigation company, you have the right to choose who comes into your home or office to do the work for you.

We use the same proposal software that your insurance company requires to make the process as easy as possible.

Please call us at (775) 420-5362 to discuss your specific situation.

How do I work with my insurance company to get my damage covered?

Dealing with an insurance company yourself can sometimes be difficult. We have lots of experience working with insurance companies in damage situations, and we will happily help our customers through the process; this is just part of what we do for our clients to help them through this difficult time.

My insurance company turned down my claim, now what?

If your claim has been turned down, some companies will turn down your job, leaving you with nowhere to turn. That isn’t how we work. While we may not be able to help in every situation, we are able to help most customers that find themselves without insurance coverage.

What is the first thing I should do if I have mold?

If you suspect that there is mold in your home or office, start by reading our information for treating mold and then call us at (775) 420-5362 for further instructions.

What is mold?

Mold is a fungus that can be found indoors and outdoors and grows best in warm, damp and humid conditions. Mold spreads and reproduces by making spores which can become airborne as well as attach to certain types of materials such as drywall. When mold spores are present in large quantities, they can be a health hazard to humans, potentially causing allergic reactions and respiratory problems.

Why can’t I just throw a bucket of bleach on the mold and call it a day?

According to the National Organization of Pre-mediators and Mold Inspectors, bleach does not kill mold. It is very effective in removing the discoloration but it may leave micro-flora that will enable mold to return if the conditions are right. Mold spores are also likely to be sprayed when they come into contact with bleach because mold is a living organism that wants to survive.

Is it safe for me to be in my home during mold remediation?

Mold is a very serious problem, and the mitigation of mold must be handled carefully. The majority of our clients are able to remain in their home while we remove the mold, but if the mold is too widespread, we may recommend you not stay.

Our standard protocol when we deal with mold is to create a disposable containment unit, or multiple disposable containment units, if needed.  These units are created for one project and one project only. They are used to isolate the mold and focus our equipment at the damaged area.

We use containment units when working with water damage so that we can direct the dehumidifiers to the specific location of the water and speed up the process.

What is the first thing I should do if I have fire damage?

Whenever there is a fire, the first step is to make sure the fire is completely out and that there is no risk of restart. Once you are certain that the fire has been fully extinguished, work should begin as soon as possible.

Long-term damage caused by a fire can usually be reduced by simply starting the cleanup as soon as possible.

Call us at (775) 420-5362 to schedule cleanup or see the recommended first steps after fire damage.

What is the first thing I should do if I have water damage?

It can be hard to determine what to do first, but start by turning off any electric sources that pose an electrocution threat. After that, figure out where the water is coming from and stop it from the source. Look at our list of things to do when you have water damage on our Water Removal & Drying page and then call us at (775) 420-5362.
